中科院的訂單對縫制要求極高,所縫制的特殊材料為4毫米厚的PVC 膠板,規格1300*900MM,要求針距達到1公分,要在材料邊緣線5MM處縫紉保證縫制接口牢固可靠,昂貴的縫料,稍有閃失材料就要報廢。這款機器要符合中科院高精度,大范圍的要求,所以我們花了6個月的時間針對中科院特殊的工藝需求,把難題一一破解,實現了中科院該項目在縫紉細分領域里面的瓶頸技術??p紉出來的產品應用在海拔兩萬米到四萬米左右的臨近空間太陽能飛行器的太陽電池安裝接口。

再一次根據中科院的科研任務需要,縫制飛艇用太陽電池組件接口。實現此類接口的加工存在很大的難度,經研究,我們在2017 年提供的3軸自動模板機基礎上又研發了7軸的高定厚料旋轉頭模板機,機頭可升降并無限度旋轉實現無死角縫紉,縫紉范圍更大(可達1500X1100MM)、精度更高(針距離分辨率0.05-20MM)、操作更加簡便、自動化成度更高滿足飛艇用太陽電池組件接口的縫制要求。
CAS COOPERATE WITH LEMAN
The order from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) requires a high precision of sewing. The special material to be sewn is a 4 mm thick PVC sheet with a gauge of 1300 *900 mm. The stitch length is required to reach 1 cm. The sewing must be done at 5 mm of the edge of the material to ensure that the sewing joint is strong and reliable, and the material is very expensive, the material will be write-off if false stitch. This machine needs to meet the high precision and wide range requirements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, so we spent six months to solve the difficult problems one by one according to the special technologi-cal requirements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the bottleneck technology of the project in the field of sewing subdivision is realized. The sewn products are used in solar cell mounting interfaces for near space solar vehicles at altitudes of 20,000 to 40,000 meters.

Once again, according to the needs of the Scientific Research Mission of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, sewing the interface of solar cell modules for airships. It is very difficult to realize the machining of such interface. After research, on the basis of the 3-axis automatic template machine provided in 2016, we have developed the 7-axis Advanced customization rotating head template machine. The head can lift and rotate ,sewing without dead angle for heavier material, more larger sewing size (up to 1500X1100MM),more higher precision can stitch 3mm near the pole edge,and need easier operation & higher automation to meet the sewing requirements of solar cell module interface for airship.
